'DID YOU KNOW EIGHT OUT OF TEN WOMEN ARE WEARING THE WRONG SIZED    BRA?

Barb and her daughter Eloise are on a mission to look after the tits of Tygraeth, just as their family have done for generations. Barb loves nothing more than a well-fitting bra and a secret flirt with Tool Shop owner Ted but after another exhausting day at work she hears the Caribbean calling and decides to retire. The business will be in good hands with Eloise she thinks until Eloise lets slip that she has bigger dreams. Barb has to choose between herself and her daughter, all while dealing with the customers that wreak havoc in her store!'

Written by Izzy Searle, Directed by Amelia Lloyd and starring Sian Parry-Williams as Barb, Devan    Woodward as Eloise, Ray William Butler as Tool Shop Ted and Harriet Eaton as 'everyone in the village'.Set in rural Wales, Baggy Bra is a female-led body-positive witty show with a warm heart. It is all about normalizing bra fittings, cherishing and taking care of your boobs as well as mother and daughter relationships, small businesses, finding love later in life, and community. With a lot of TIT-ing about!

Audiences are invited to bring their baggy bras to Baggy Bra! Each performance will have a bra recycling bank where audiences can recycle their unwanted and unloved bras to raise money for Baggy Bra’s charity partner, Against Breast Cancer.

'Parry-Williams leads this all-bar-one female cast and crew from the front line with a charming performance of a multi-dimensional woman – a caring maternal character that is equally flirtatious and stern.' EVERYTHING THEATRE

"Parry-Williams takes immediate control of the action and the audience takes to her instantly. A well-rounded character with sharp wit and enormous warmth, she shatters the fourth wall conspiratorially and instantly gains our loyalty, which remains throughout. The strength of the piece is Parry-Williams. She carries it. A talented comedienne with excellent timing and audience connection, the action, the pace and the tone all work around her very successfully. She has one of those comic deliveries where she could read the blandest of material and you would be rolling about laughing." NORTH WEST END

"Siân Parry-Williams stars as boisterous bra shop owner Barb and dazzles in her role from the moment that she bursts into the bar to welcome the audience into the theatre. In Barb, Izzy Searle has created a character that feels instantly familiar and comforting. Something that Williams has perfectly carried into her performance with her quick wit and expert comedic timing. You can equally imagine Barb with her own sitcom and living down the street from you, which is a testament to both Searle’s fantastic ability to build a character and Williams’ effortless performance." THE  RELATIVES

North West End UK Rating: ★★★

"It was an enjoyable half-hour that made me concentrate aurally, instead of visually, which made for an interesting change.

The voices of all three participants – Parry-Williams, Maggie Wignall and James Reilly – clearly registered the despair, disgust, shock, bewilderment, humour and anger of their characters.

And I realised afterwards that I hadn’t missed the visuals at all. It’s amazing what the imagination can conjure up."

'I have created my own little world of eccentric, comical and relatable characters based on my very own family members and real life experiences with them. I share with you all the funny and ridiculous things my relatives say and do through the world of audio. They just could not be made up. From a little old Welsh Nain who has had just about enough of Welsh stereotypes, to a  n uptight Reverend who must keep up appearances, and to a Mum who just tries so hard to be ‘hip n happening’ but ultimately…. fails. Be transported to a world of giggles and light heartedness that we all need right now. These characters are lovable, hilarious and most of all relatable and real.'

Written & Produced by Sian Parry-Williams

Characters voiced by Sian Parry-Williams, Maggie Wignall and James Reilly

'The Relatives!' was part of The Greater Manchester Fringe 2021 and also featured on BBC Radio Lancashire. I also appeared on YourMcr to chat all things 'The Relatives!'

We Are Women.

We Are Women was    a comedic one woman play about the representations of women between generations. Written and Starring Sian Parry-Williams. I    created three characters based on my    Mum, Aunt & Grandmother and interviewed them about their experiences of sexism & misogyny throughout their lives. I used this verbatim material to create three different sketches which were both comical and thought provoking. My    aim of the piece was not to give these women a voice, but to allow a chance for their voices to be heard, to also unite & empower all generations of women. Directed by Cartiona Craig, we particulary focused on accurately representing these real people through body, voice and movement as well as sharing their true to life experiences. This was performed at The Courtyard Theatre, London.
